Appointments & Punctuality

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to settle in. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule, out of respect for the next guest.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens! Kindly give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a 50-100% fee of the booked service.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure appointments. This ensures your time is reserved exclusively for you. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made under 24 hours.

No Shows

Clients who miss their appointment without notice may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.

Children & Guests

To maintain a peaceful environment for all clients, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or extra guests to your appointment, unless previously arranged.

Health & Safety

If you’re feeling unwell, have any contagious conditions, or are undergoing medical treatments that may affect your service, please inform us in advance so we can advise accordingly.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on services or opened products. However, if you’re ever unhappy with your treatment, please reach out—your satisfaction means the world to us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the matter.

Payment Methods

We accept card payments only. Full payment is due at the time of your service.
